Are your products gluten-free?

 Yes! All our products are 100% gluten-free and made with natural, clean-label ingredients.
Do you use refined sugar or artificial additives?

No. We use healthy sweeteners like monk fruit or coconut sugar and avoid any artificial additives or preservatives.
Are your products dairy-free?

Most of our items are dairy-free. Please check the product label or description for full ingredient information.
How should I store your baked goods?

Store in a cool, dry place. Some items, like cakes and brownies, can be refrigerated to extend freshness.
How far in advance should I place my order?

All orders must be placed with a minimum of 24 hours in advance to ensure freshness and availability.
Do you accept custom or event orders?

Yes! We offer special orders for birthdays, events, corporate gifts, and more.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver locally within Miami-Dade and Broward County, Florida.
Is same-day delivery available?

At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
What are your delivery hours?

Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, a small delivery fee may apply depending on your delivery zone. Final costs are shown at checkout or provided upon order confirmation.
Do you ship outside Florida?

Currently, we do not ship outside of Florida. Our products are made fresh and intended for local delivery or pickup.
